One Morning At Paddington

Tuesday, January 19, 2016

Potato and Danish feta hash cake, smashed avocado, rocket, soft poached egg, prosciutto (Italian ham thinly sliced and served raw), house made Hollandaise sauce and a view.
Decided to hit Chapter IV, Paddington once again. This place was my first solo brunch place in Brisbane few months ago. Love everything in this humble little cafe :)
First visit back in June 2015. Never liked avocados but I didnt know why I decided to give it a go that day. This was so well done that I fell in love with Avo Toast since then! Avocados go really well with lemon and feta cheese. So yummy.

After brekkie, I took my old soul to the Paddington Antique Centre, which is just across the road.
Photos time :)
If you noticed the proscenium here and the next pic, you'd guessed it right. The Paddington Antique Centre on Latrobe Terrace began life in 1929 as The Plaza Theatre.
Love the details.
