Many of you who know me personally know that I like drinking tea. And again, there are so many things to learn about tea and tea-brewing itself it truly a never-ending lesson to learn. I don't claim I know everything about the art of tea but I do know that tea-brewing isn't something that was invented 10 or 20 years ago but rather centuries ago. You could imagine how extensive and how perfected this art has come. From the process of cultivating, harvesting the tea leaves to brewing the tea itself, the knowledge behind is boundless. Having worked in a tea room for the past few weeks, I have learnt to appreciate the art of tea and to treat each cup of tea I brew with utmost respect and gratitude.
People might find my obsession/particularity towards certain things really annoying but I am not being stubborn for nothing. My obsessiveness are always grounded on the knowledge I have acquired throughout my lifetime. Having said that, you are not always required to agree with me :p You are definitely most welcome to inspire me with your thoughts and perspectives!
"Art can be found in our lives in so many things and in so many ways. It is your choice to stop, observe and appreciate and whether or not you are humble and willing enough to learn a thing or two from it."Sharing a side note: I once heard a quote from my most respected band instructor who said, "做任何事情都要对自己有要求 (whatever you do, set a standard to it and to yourself)" and it has been one of my life principles since then.
